What We Do
At Esmir Classic, we install and maintain solid wood floors. Each installation and maintenance we do is unique. Each job requires a design process in which we combine specific materials, textures, colors and handcrafted finishes. We select carpenters, installers and staff in general to make up our team. We are experienced and capable of materializing the ideas of customers to whom we strive to prove solutions to the different needs they present to us. We have services focused on advising to make personalized customization, installing new floors from scratch, making repairs, and restoring floors.
Installation
We have been installing solid wood floors for more than 15 years. We have experience with walnut, oak, hickory, maple, cherry, as well as parquet flooring. For each floor we carry out the following steps:

We prepare the wood and prepare it according to the chosen design.

We condition the surface with the appropriate levels and seals.

We make adhesions with the appropriate glues.

We do finishes: brushing, table leveling, fine and smooth sanding, We apply non-toxic natural coverings.

We install baseboards.

We cover stairs. We install the floors with finishes depending on the type of use, we give finishes for light traffic, residential and commercial.
Repair and Restoration
Floors can present problems due to different factors such as damage due to humidity, paint wear, traffic, scratches, imbalance in the boards due to temperature effects, e.t.c. We repair and restore them. We return the floors to their original beauty. But we can also transform them, change their color, renew the paint and textures. We give them new finishes, we leave them like new by replacing pieces and applying products that guarantee a new and long life to the floors. We are specialists in water, oil or polyurethane finishes and we work with the leading brands in the market as we are aware that the durability of the floors depends on the quality of the materials.
Maintenance
We do periodic, deep maintenance in general to manufactured floors with all types of solid wood. We remove stains and touch up the paint to prevent the floor from rapidly deteriorating and shortening its useful life. We carry out maintenance that includes: re-polishing, brushing, sanding and color touch-ups. We use suitable products that do not affect the internal environment of the spaces.
